Big, diverse and largely undiscovered, Ukraine is one of Europe’s last genuine travel frontiers, a nation rich in colourful tradition, warm-hearted people and off-the-map experiences. It has mountain ranges (the Carpathian Mountains) suitable for skiing, hiking, fishing and hunting. The coastline on the Black Sea is a popular summer destination for hildaymakers. Ukraine also has vineyards, ruins of ancient castles, historical parks, Orthodox and Catholic churles and wonderful architecture that gives Ukraine real European flavour.
